Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 1-2 years of experience to oversee and drive the successful execution of technical projects, particularly in embedded systems or related domains. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of technical concepts, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between engineering teams and stakeholders.

This role does not require a coding test but does demand a solid grasp of technical workflows, methodologies, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams.
    • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external partners.
    • Ensure clear communication of project status, blockers, and decisions.
  • Process & Methodology:
    • Utilize Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies effectively.
    • Maintain documentation, including project plans, requirements, and reports.
  • Technical Understanding:
    • Work closely with engineers to understand system architecture, dependencies, and constraints (especially in embedded systems).
    • Translate technical challenges into actionable project steps.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    • Leverage project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.) for task tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical project management, engineering coordination, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of embedded systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), or hardware-software integration(prior engineering or testing experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesand project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field(preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Prior exposure to embedded systems, IoT, or firmware development.
  • Certifications like CAPM, CSM, or PMP.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (hardware/software engineers, QA, product managers).
