RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
* Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
* Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
* Provide technical guidance on hardware, operating systems, networking, SAN, and security
* Use advanced tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Access, JIRA, and data analytics for reporting and tracking
* Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders
* As a Project Manager, you will collaborate across teams in a matrix environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
* Drive results with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum three years of professional experience in IT security
* Hands-on experience with project management concepts including planning, risk management, scheduling, estimating, resource management, and budgeting
* Proven success as a technical expert in enterprise-wide IT solutions
* Advanced knowledge of IT areas such as hardware, operating systems, SAN technology, networking, and security routers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, charts), Visio, Access, data analytics, and JIRA
* Strong analytical and communication skills for interaction with all management levels
* Skilled at prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs
* Ability to work independently and in a team within a high-pressure, matrix environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
