Description
SAIC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract. The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a key role in shaping the IT strategy and architecture that supports FEMA's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud architecture for multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications, and virtualized infrastructure.
- Enterprise Cloud Architecture: Develop and maintain enterprise cloud architecture to support business capabilities and maturity.
- Business Planning and Strategy: Provide support in business planning and strategy by understanding services, core missions, and matching them with best-in-class technology.
- Target State Definition: Define a north-star target state for IT transformation, focusing on aligning technology with business needs.
- Strategic Roadmap: Propose a strategic roadmap for IT transformation, prioritizing and sequencing initiatives to achieve the target state.
- Compliance: Ensure all architecture solutions comply with FEMA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Master's degree (M.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a similar discipline and seven (7) or more years of experience.
- Certifications: Must have the following certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- ITIL Certification
- Cloud FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP)
- Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in information technology, including specific experience with cloud architecture for multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications, virtualized infrastructure, and enterprise cloud architecture.
- Clearance: Must obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting work under this contract.

- Strategic Planning: Strong ability to support business planning and strategy by focusing on business capabilities and maturity.
- Technology Alignment: Expertise in matching core missions with best-in-class technology to define a north-star target state.
- Roadmap Development: Proven experience in defining and proposing strategic roadmaps for IT transformation.
