Location: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $53.00 USD Hourly - $57.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Program Manager
hybrid as needed in San Antonio, TX or Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement program initiatives that align with organizational objectives and drive data modernization efforts.

Oversee multiple project teams to ensure program goals and milestones are met.

Manage program and project teams, optimizing resource allocation and delegating cross-project initiatives.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accountability for delivering against established business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization.

Take action with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

7+ years of experience in an advanced technical project management role, with a preference for program management experience.

Advanced knowledge of project management disciplines and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications, including MS Project.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

Agile Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP).

Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP).

Experience managing projects using various methodologies (predictive/waterfall, hybrid, and agile). Change Management Certification (Prosci).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field.

Demonstrated experience providing policy, strategic, and operational advice at a senior level.

Experience in stakeholder engagement on complex and high-profile issues.

Knowledge of software engineering disciplines. Agile Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP).

Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP).

Experience managing projects using various methodologies (predictive/waterfall, hybrid, and agile). Change Management Certification (Prosci). Lean Six Sigma Certifications (LSSGB, LSSYB, LSSBB, LSS Champion).
