Job Description:

We are seeking a PLM Technical Lead with strong Siemens Teamcenter experience to lead and manage enterprise-level Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Teamcenter platform, along with solid project leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical implementation and integration of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions
Provide expert-level guidance on PLM best practices, architecture, and configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and functional requirements
Manage and deliver customizations, data migration, and system upgrades
Support stakeholders in issue resolution, UAT, deployment, and training
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance with security/governance standards

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience with PLM systems, with at least 5+ years in Siemens Teamcenter
Proven experience in Teamcenter implementation, customization, and administration
Strong knowledge of PLM integrations with CAD, ERP, and manufacturing systems
Experience with Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, and ITK development
Ability to lead technical teams and deliver large-scale projects
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Active Workspace (AWC) or Teamcenter Visualization
Familiarity with NX, SAP PLM integration, or CAD systems
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience in automotive, aerospace, or discrete manufacturing domains
