Years of Experience Required: 0-3 years Job Description: Performs various administrative duties. Prepares documents, reports and/or transcribes notes for managers. Schedules meetings, travel arrangements to managers or other partners in the area. May track or monitor expenses for the department. Maintains filing system for manager or other partners in the area. Must have intermediate Microsoft Office. Good written and communication skills is required. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Minnesota Ore Operations is seeking a temporary, part-time Administrative Assistant to work in the Employee/Labor Relations Department. The position involves a wide range of clerical tasks and administrative duties, aimed at providing support to management members in both departments. Work may be assigned at the Minntac or Keetac location. Our typical schedule is 7:00 AM 3:00 PM, with the work being required two business days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up new hire documents/files and other administrative tasks associated with New Employee Orientation coordination
File maintenance
Assist with coordination of interview events
Scheduling employee training
Meeting coordination
Completion of departmental correspondence REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 5-years office experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Some analytical background required PREFERRED:
Associate of Arts Degree
Prior experience in Human Resources BENEFITS:
