Role: Sr ServiceNow Developer SailPoint Integration

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months contract

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 12+ years of overall experience.
  • We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the development of a tightly integrated access request solution between ServiceNow ITSM and SailPoint.
  • This role will focus on building dynamic, data-driven workflows and REST API integrations to enable automated provisioning of access items across a wide range of applications.
  • Design and develop a unified ServiceNow catalog item to support access requests for a large number of applications sourced from SailPoint provisioning workflows.
  • Build and maintain REST API integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint to support automated access provisioning and identity lifecycle events (e.g., New Hire, Termination, Transfer).
  • Implement field mappings and data synchronization between SailPoint identity objects and ServiceNow tables.
  • Transform and optimize data received from SailPoint to support dynamic workflow execution and approval routing.
  • Develop configurability features to enable data-driven, dynamic workflows and approval processes.
  • Configure and maintain custom scoped applications, ServiceNow workflows, and record producers tailored to requestable access items.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scoped applications, Service Portal, and Integration Hub with strong REST API experience.
