Echo Tech Lead

Location: [Porterview, CA]
Pay: $46.47 $65.05 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
$20,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 3+ years of echo experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Echo Tech to step into a leadership role as our Echo Tech Lead. This is a working lead position, meaning you ll perform echo procedures while also supervising and supporting the team.

What You ll Do

  • Perform and oversee all echo procedures

  • Supervise and schedule technologists

  • Support and train staff on techniques and equipment

  • Maintain equipment and ensure quality control

  • Collaborate with physicians and other departments to provide excellent patient care

  • Help with daily operations and regulatory compliance

Who We re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of echo experience required (3+ years preferred for sign-on bonus)

  • ARDMS certification preferred

  • Current BLS certification required

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills

  • Passion for patient safety and comfort
