o Green Field Projects, Bigger size developments
o Pega Customer Service Framework PegaCALL, PegaBrowse, Next Best Action
o Integrations with REST, SOAP, MQ

Must have ability to understand and deliver below:
o User Experience & Creating configurable, responsive UI.
o Pega Application Performance
o Pega Application Security
o Agile Project Deliveries
o Working with Offshore teams and delivering
o Pega AI & NLP Chat Bot, Mail Processing, Managing Strategies, Customer Profile
o Enterprise layer, Situation layer cake, Reusable components
o Low code and high guardrail scores
o Review & manage code quality effectively.
o BPM / Agile Mindset with effective negotiation of requirements
o Pega certified LSA capable of leading the onsite offshore team with Pega Express Methodology and Center Out Approach
o Good breadth of technology and projects with hands on architecture and design capabilities for large set of applications.
o Ability to drive the business value through explicit identification of Pega features and their mapping to business objectives.
o Ability to quantify the business value through cost savings, time optimization and automation.
o Ability to build prototypes, demos and create Technology Point of Views on emerging platform features.
