Role: App Analyst (Care Management) Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract

Skill Set (JD)

  • GE Centricity Perinatal CC1/CC2 Certification
  • GE Centricity Perinatal DRM (report writing) certification/training
  • Wellsky CarePort Admin and Report Module certification/training
  • Symplr Midas 1 yr experience with monthly/quarterly/yearly updates and patch installs/upgrades
  • Previous experience with support and configuration in applications such as Cardiovascular, Pulmonary and other specialty registries; GE Centricity Perinatal, Wellsky CarePort, Symplr Midas, Milliman Care Guidelines, Metriq Cancer Registry, V5 Trauma Registries, Neodata, OBIX, Intellispace, Interqual, and Optum Care Coordination (OCCP).
  • OCCP 2 yr experience with configuration and build
  • 1 yr Crystal Reporting Writing experience
  • 1 yr SQL Writing experience
  • Be able to work with interfaces having HL7 knowledge
  • ServiceNow experience in incident management, change requests, and service requests using ServiceNow
  • Experience in loading server certificates, server migrations, data migrations.
  • Clinical background - preferably nursing to be able to understand clinical workflow and build requested
  • Provide application/infrastructure support and respond to requests and inquiries from users within the pre-determined timeframe of the applicable service levels
  • Escalate calls with vendors according to defined support processes
  • Have a strong attention to detail and an urgency to follow through to resolved issues by prioritizing them and addressing intelligently
  • Demonstrate proactive communication to clients after identifying common issues reported to support
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience and Associates or BS in a clinical field (preferably nursing)
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate issues and opportunities to the support team leadership effectively
  • Be on call as per team rotation to manage incidents logged
  • Monitor ServiceNow queues and use it to document all activities leading to resolution of issues
  • Must be willing to work Ascension Business Hours 8aCT-5pmCT or 7amCT-4pmCT
  • Experience with Citrix, server maintenance, SQL DB, and supporting application updates
  • Facilitate and assist with multiple teams during technical and major incident bridge calls to identify, troubleshoot issues and seek toward resolutions.
