Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with strong expertise in financial oversight, budget management, and vendor relations to oversee our IT organization's financial operations within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal allocation of IT financial resources, implement robust cost control measures, and provide strategic financial guidance to support IT initiatives that align with business objectives.

Job Description:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial management within IT organizations, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of IT financial management principles, budgeting methodologies, and vendor management practices
  • Proven track record in cost optimization and financial analysis for technology investments AWAC: 56151.1
  • Experience with financial management systems and IT financial reporting tools
  • Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated success in vendor contract management
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams in complex organizations
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial management software
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance industry financial regulations and compliance requirements a plus.
