RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for a Field Marketing Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Local Store Marketing:
* Serve as the main point of contact for local marketing inquiries and support, liaising between brand marketing teams, franchisees, and external vendors
* Develop and implement local store marketing strategies and supporting tools to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility for individual store locations
* Support and maintain online local store marketing franchisee -toolbox- resource
New & Grand Openings:
* Primary brand marketing point of contact during the -countdown to open - CTO process, ensuring franchisees are educated on processes and held accountable for new store and grand opening responsibilities
* Internal collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Training, Ops, brand marketing, etc.) on new store and grand opening responsibilities and activities
* Lead grand opening marketing activations (paid media, PR, digital channels, 3rd Party delivery)
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-6 years in local marketing function or national marketing with local extensions
* Experience with grassroot marketing and creative problem solving for unique markets/situations
* Strong communication (including written and presentations), active listening, relationship building, and negotiations skills required
* Strong project management skills - ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize job requirements while remaining organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
* Experience leading project development, planning, execution, and analysis from start to finish while maintaining business objectives and KPIs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
