Job Details

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Healthcare/PBM Project Manager for a 6+ month contract role with our client in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote.

Summary:
This Sr PM will support new client implementations. Must have strong PM sills (normal PM ask for managing scope, schedule, budget + RAID, stakeholder, communication, status, financial management through the project lifecycles). Experience working with org change management will be helpful as one of the projects will impact a very large team and they will need active communication, training, buy-in, etc. Must be able to work with various vendors and cross functional teams including our IT partners. Must have industry knowledge (PBM and Medicare D, Medicaid and/or commercial experience) and be client facing. Must be able to work cross functionally and with various vendors.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate and drive pre-planning meetings in conjunction with the Business Leaders and Business Liaison as needed to prepare for kick-off.
Develop and manage project plan and manage overall project scope through application of governance process - this needs to reflect reality and is updated daily
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Resolve critical project issues and escalate unresolved issues to the Program Manager.
Coordinate go live plan and activities including issue tracking/resolution, monitoring, service guides, hand off to operations, lessons learned, etc.

Day-to-Day Project Management:
Collaborate with other Project Managers/Project Team to drive project success
Manage, monitor, and control project activities.
Manage budgets, allocate resources, and achieve project benefits.
Apply project management policies, standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
Schedule and manage project-level meetings, capturing & communicating key outcomes via notes and log entries.
o Lead sessions (camera on, kick-off and hand-off, keep the discussions on track, time keeping - last 3-5 mins recap and next steps, send accurate meeting notes within 24 hours (same day preferred). Must review notes or have peer reviewed - do not only depend on transcription or AI.
Collaborate with change management/training lead(s)

RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) Management:
Identify and mitigate project-level risks.
Escalate obstacles requiring Program Director's attention.
Document and actionably manage project risks, actions. issues, and decisions - this should be accurate and update daily

Financial Management:
Monitor and control project expenditures. RPLNs and Cost Plans - burn, accuracy
Track financial performance and report on project financial status at least weekly in SPM Status Report.
Ensure project financials align with the overall program budget work (ROI Workbook) with Program Director and Financial Analyst on any discrepancies
Meet with FA at least weekly to ensure SPM and ROI Workbook are in sync
Create Change Request as needed in alignment with business and financial needs.

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with project stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders.
Communicate with cross functional partners, vendors and clients

Documentation & SPM
Manage development of presentations, deliverables and RAID reports for the Steering Committee
Document all updates including weekly status reports in SPM tool and ensure relevant documents are housed in SPM
Ensure the SharePoint location of all the documents is entered in SPM
Maintain all project documents in a centralized location
Open PRJ folder on Team SharePoint and house documents or point to location of all documents
Document and understand overall percent complete
Manage burn for RPLNs and Cost Plans weekly with FA
RPLN management with Resource Managers (accurate, up to date)
Identify newly added resource plans for validity using SPM query tool.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 Pay Range: $55.00 to $60.00
