Job Title: Infor M3 SCM Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor M3 SCM Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of Infor M3 ERP solutions focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with strong leadership, ERP delivery, and cross-functional collaboration experience, especially in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, including Infor M3 ERP implementation and support.

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules within Infor M3 (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics)

  • Lead end-to-end Infor M3 ERP SCM implementations and upgrade projects.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.

  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to align technology with business goals.

  • Conduct risk analysis, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.

  • Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.

  • Ensure project delivery complies with governance, quality standards, and industry best practices.
