Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with deep experience in system integration and data architecture at enterprise scale. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Salesforce expertise who can lead architectural design and strategic implementation in complex environments. Experience with Azure and modern integration approaches is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Translate business and system requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate on prototypes and proof-of-concepts to assess feasibility and performance.
  • Balance declarative vs. programmatic Salesforce tools for optimal design.
  • Architect Salesforce solutions designed for large data volumes with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Guide integrations with internal and external systems, ideally within .NET or Azure-based environments.
  • Produce technical documentation such as integration flows, data models, and architecture diagrams.
  • Contribute to solution definition and refinement of technical acceptance criteria.
  • Provide technical mentorship to development teams on best practices in data modeling, integration, and platform optimization.
  • Communicate complex technical designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, with expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience leading large-scale implementations and complex integration scenarios.
  • Familiarity with both real-time and batch integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and event-driven designs.
  • Exposure to .NET and Azure-based integration technologies is a plus, not required.
  • Experience with custom Salesforce development and integration with non-Salesforce systems.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Platform Developer I
  • Platform App Builder

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency across Salesforce Clouds and tools such as CRMA and Tableau.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, API design principles, and optionally Azure integration models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for a range of audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern development toolsets.
