About the Role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our client . The successful candidate will support process design, simulations, and commissioning activities across water, oil & gas, and chemical sector projects, working closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and mass/energy balances.
  • Perform Advanced Aspen HYSYS/Plus simulations for process and utility systems.
  • Work Independently in equipment sizing and specifications for pumps, heat exchangers, membranes, and separators.
  • Contribute to HAZOP studies, operability reviews, and commissioning support.
  • Provide process engineering input to cross-functional teams (mechanical, controls, civil).

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus / CHEMCAD simulation tools.
  • Knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role .

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial process engineering within water, oil & gas, or chemical industries.
  • Exposure to commissioning and plant startup activities.
  • Collaborative skills for working with multi-disciplinary global teams.
