Overview:
Our client is undergoing a significant modernization of its central data engineering (ETL) infrastructure, including a transition from legacy tools to modern platforms such as Databricks. We are seeking two Product Managers to help lead this transformation.
Both roles will be responsible for shaping strategy, setting and achieving objectives and key results (OKRs), and collaborating across cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges. These positions require a high degree of autonomy within a broader strategic framework set by executive leadership.

Overview:

- One Product Manager will focus on engaging internal teams currently supported by legacy ETL systems, helping them connect with modernization-focused product teams.
- The second Product Manager will lead agile ETL teams directly, driving execution and delivery.
Both roles will be responsible for shaping strategy, setting and achieving objectives and key results (OKRs), and collaborating across cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges. These positions require a high degree of autonomy within a broader strategic framework set by executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with teams supported by legacy ETL systems to understand their roadmaps and modernization needs.
- Guide these teams toward collaboration with modernization-focused product teams.
- Provide leadership and direction to direct and matrixed team members.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, product leadership, and senior leadership.
- Drive alignment with company values, including respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading teams, including both direct and indirect reports.
- Technical background (e.g., software or data engineering).
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators and use data to inform decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or Architect.
- Hands-on experience in software development or data engineering.
- Background in retail or digital platform environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling platforms.
- Familiarity with OKRs and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub, Atlassian, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
