🔹 Required Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Oracle database administration and management
Hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
Proficient in Oracle SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience with UC4 (Automic) batch job execution and monitoring
Working knowledge of Jenkins for job execution and monitoring
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and availability
Execute and monitor batch jobs using UC4 (Automic) and Jenkins, troubleshooting failures and taking corrective actions
Extract and analyze data from Oracle CC&B using SQL to support business and operational needs
Understand and work with existing CC&B processes and configurations
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance system efficiency and productivity
Provide environment coordination support across development, testing, and production systems
