Description: Our client is currently seeking a On-Site Desktop/Tech Support: III (Senior) - NY
Position: Desktop Support Technician
Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Location: New York Mills, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM

Description: Our client is currently seeking a On-Site Desktop/Tech Support: III (Senior) - NY
Position: Desktop Support Technician
Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Location: New York Mills, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide VIP-level technical support with a professional and personable approach
- Deliver white-glove service tailored to executive needs
- Offer exemplary customer service both verbally and in writing
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, telecom, Windows, and Mac issues
- Conduct re-imaging, data migration, and restorations
- Support mobile devices and Microsoft 365 applications
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring technical issues
- Utilize ServiceNow and Ivanti (preferred) for IT service management
- Work onsite with occasional local travel
Desired Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in desktop support
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities in an executive environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Effective time and task management skills
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
