Job Title: Exchange/Outlook Support Engineer Location: Bellevue, WA Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Exchange/Outlook Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange Online, Outlook clients, and related Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email systems administration, end-user support, and issue resolution in enterprise environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (Online and On-Premises) and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online Administration, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Outlook profile troubleshooting, OST/PST file management, and add-in conflicts.
  • Familiarity with M365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance Center, and Exchange Hybrid Configurations.
  • Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, Autodiscover, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
