Job Title: Direct Client - Sensory & Product Insights Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Seattle WA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sensory & Product Insights Analyst to support product development and consumer understanding by executing sensory testing and providing analytical insights. This role requires hands-on experience with sensory evaluation tools and a strong foundation in experimental design and data analysis within the food or beverage industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sensory and consumer research studies to evaluate food and beverage products.
• Use Compusense and RedJade software to analyze sensory data and test product performance.
• Conduct sensory panel training, focus groups, and other qualitative and quantitative testing methods.
• Analyze data using statistical software and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Product Development) to support innovation and product improvement initiatives.
• Develop clear reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience conducting sensory testing in the food or beverage industry.
• 3+ years of experience designing experiments and analyzing sensory data using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, XLSTAT).
• Strong working knowledge of Compusense and RedJade platforms for product testing and analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
