Job Title - Product Support Analyst
Work Mode- Remote (Within United States)
Work Time - 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will be equally focused on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
- Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Required Experience (8+ years):
- 8 years of Required Hands-on experience with customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools
- 8 years of Required Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs and debugging software applications.
- 5 years of Required Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling using Power-BI
- 3 years of Required Familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features
- 3 years of Required Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory
