Job Summary:

The CSI Syteline Operations Consultant will work with the CSI team and report directly to the CSI Services Manager. As a team member, you will help drive the use of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine). Prior experience with the implementation of CSI/Syteline is required.


This position will have direct responsibility for the implementation and/or optimization of ERP software to support our customer's business needs. You will work with our customers to help improve key performance measurements. Your job will include making best practice recommendations and process development pre -implementation, during implementation, and post-implementation to help improve our customers' overall performance and to help identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation

This position requires 50% travel with a remote home office setup.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

ERP implementation experience

Infor Syteline experience (3-5 years required)

Management or leader experience in a manufacturing operation

Infor CSI & Ming.le set up and training users

APS scheduling - knowledge to configure and support

Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills

Ability to support to cross-functional teams throughout our customer's organization

Ability to identify gaps and propose solution

Capability to design system personalization's

Oversee daily maintenance and monitoring of the Infor CSI system

Ability to keep up with product upgrades

Capacity to learn new concepts and functionality

Independent and self-motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work well together with others as part of a team

Prior experience working with a growing organization

Education:

Degree from a four-year college or university, plus three to five years experience. Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
