Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA 30313
Duration: 12 months
- The Business Systems Analyst supports under Management Systems NAOU s Supply Chain Transformation Organization.
- As a System Troubleshooting specialist the resource is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues within our systems and ensuring seamless operations.
- Key activities include the support on project deployment of information systems to new 3P partners (SAP ECC P08 SAP S4 SAP Ariba and EDI) identify and analyze system identified errors issue triage and determining root cause of the problem.
- Provide suggestion to implement troubleshooting strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular sample testing to proactively identify potential issues yet to occur.
