Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Senior Consultant to define and implement data governance frameworks and solutions. This role involves documenting governance deliverables, analyzing business objectives, and providing guidance on data governance best practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights through policies, standards, and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Document core data governance framework deliverables, including operating models, roles, policies, standards, and performance metrics. Analyze business objectives to determine governance needs and propose practical solutions. Identify cross-system impacts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to address data challenges and provide training on governance frameworks. Create and maintain documentation for use cases, processes, and guidelines with traceability to requirements. Participate in design reviews, change control processes, and provide business perspective during implementation. Support project administration and maintain governance documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience defining and implementing Data Governance Programs. 3+ years of experience with Data Governance tools (Informatica CD Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview). 5+ years of experience managing small projects, including status reporting and risk management. 3+ years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools. 2+ years of engagement management experience. Bachelors degree in business or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Consulting experience, preferably in discrete manufacturing or supply chain. Experience working with all levels of client resources. Familiarity with systems implementation, business analysis, and project management. Education: Bachelors Degree
