Job Details

Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (3 days' on-site)

Reports To: Manager of IT systems CRM

Duration: Long-Term Contract (6-month SOW's)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to improve and document processes and increase efficiencies in Salesforce and other related business systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

  • Works with business stake holders to capture and document requirements and provide accurate feedback on use cases
  • Supports and/or leads Salesforce projects and initiatives
  • Supports and manages salesforce AppExchange products, Third party tools, and integrations
  • Works with the design team to ensure prioritization of most impactful business requests
  • Educates and evangelizes CRM best practices to internal constituents to ensure solutions delivered are best of breed for the company's business model and culture

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years of experience implementing functional solutions in Salesforce/CRM within a large org (More than 50 users)
  • Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Salesforce CPQ
  • Basic understanding of development tools and practices in Salesforce to facilitate the creation of use cases and the design of project requirements.
  • Proven ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests
  • Ability to understand declarative automation and functions within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Ability to function as a Business Analyst using the typical suite of BA tools such as documentation and organization of workshops to gather business requirements

PREFERRED

  • Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Admin Certifications
  • Experience with Integrations and third-party applications involving Salesforce
  • Experience with Agile and/or Kanban development principles
  • Experience with Sales Acceleration and Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot)

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience with SalesForce CPQ
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware would be helpful.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or related field
