Project Overview:
We are working on two key projects:

  1. Build budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting models in Oracle EPM Cloud for satellite business units (BUs). These BUs will build their own forecasts and actuals reporting, and the data from the cloud will automatically integrate with Client s EPM applications.

  2. Develop volume reporting and predictive forecasting models using Oracle EPM Cloud, leveraging Oracle s built-in prediction model capabilities and Python-based AI/ML models.

Role Summary:
We are seeking three senior-level Oracle EPM Consultants with a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in budgeting, forecasting, predictive modeling, and Oracle EPM Cloud integrations. The ideal candidates will be able to work independently in dynamic, diverse system landscapes, translating business requirements into robust EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Model Building & Design:

  • Develop and implement budgeting, planning, forecasting, and actual reporting models within Oracle EPM Cloud for satellite BUs.

  • Build and configure volume reporting and predictive forecasting models leveraging Oracle EPM s prediction modeling capabilities.

Integration & Automation:

  • Integrate Oracle EPM applications with EDMCS and source systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.

  • Use Oracle EPM APIs to integrate data from source systems efficiently.

  • Leverage pipelines, data exchange, and automation tools within EPM Cloud.

Predictive Modeling & AI/ML:

  • Incorporate predictive modeling and machine learning concepts using Python within the EPM Cloud environment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine AI-driven forecasting models.

Reporting & Visualization:

  • Develop narrative reporting and dashboards within Oracle EPM Cloud to support decision-making and stakeholder visibility.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and data engineers, to align solutions with business objectives.

  • Participate in project planning, status updates, and solution demos as needed.

Best Practices & Documentation:

  • Document solution designs, technical workflows, and operational procedures.

  • Follow best practices in EPM implementation and predictive modeling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical & Functional Expertise:

  • Strong experience in budgeting, planning, and actual reporting model development within Oracle EPM.

  • Proficient in integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with EDMCS and other source systems.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle EPM APIs and their use for data integration.

  • Knowledge of EPM-related Groovy scripting, pipelines, and data exchange best practices.

  • Experience with narrative reporting and dashboards within Oracle EPM.

AI/ML & Predictive Modeling:

  • Familiarity with predictive modeling and AI/ML concepts using Python.

  • Ability to leverage these capabilities to enhance forecasting and reporting within Oracle EPM.
