RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Newark, NJ that is seeking a Workday ERP Training Lead to support the rollout of Workday HCM and Finance. The role will focus on training needs analysis, content development, and delivery of engaging, effective training to end users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct training needs analysis across HR, Finance, and Payroll functions
* Design and deliver instructor-led (in-person/virtual) training and supporting materials (job aids, videos, etc.)
* Customize training for different user groups and workflows
* Leverage LMS to manage and track training programs
* Collaborate with implementation partner and internal teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience training on Workday HCM and/or Finance
* Strong instructional design skills
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Comfortable leading sessions for groups ranging from 15 to 100+
* Will consider other ERP experience (e.g., PeopleSoft, HCM) if exceptionally strong

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
