Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory.
  • Assist with password resets, online account management, and mobile driver s license provisioning.
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues, escalating issues as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs and installations of hardware, software, and peripherals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Help Desk/IT Support experience in a call center environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Apple iOS troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish.
  • Vocational/Technical degree in Computer Applications, Computer Technology, or related field.
