Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect (Contract)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

What We Need
- A senior-level ServiceNow professional to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on development and configuration across core ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
- Support for platform enhancements including modern UI experiences, automation, and analytics
- A trusted technical resource who can work independently and partner with stakeholders
- Platform stability and continuity during a contractor transition
What You Bring
- Senior experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect
- Strong ITSM knowledge and experience in enterprise ServiceNow environments
- Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration skills
- Experience with UI Builder / Workspaces and modern ServiceNow UI concepts
- Exposure to Performance Analytics, automation, or AI-driven features (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, etc.)
- Ability to operate as a technical SME with minimal oversight
