Title: Facilities PM (Non IT)
Location: Richfield, MN (Hybrid) - Need Locals
Duration: 6 Months++ (Possible Extension)
Hybrid office 3 days a week, some travel no more than 3-5 days a month.
Job Description: Tell us about your department:
- Facilities, Responsible for repair and maintenance in 900+ Retail stores. The department supports on demand break-fix repairs like electrical and plumbing; scheduled maintenance like janitorial or landscaping. Plus, capital replacement of roofs, parking lots, countertops, store re-carpets.
Project Description:
- Would own the project management of 130+ New carpet installs this year. Communicate with 4 different vendors performing the work and various store and corporate teams. Maintain spreadsheet with completion, any punch walk go backs, help control change orders
