Responsibilities

In this role you will provide primary support to the RSN Customer Support Center (CSC) with analytics solutions to assess areas of opportunity, evaluate impacts of actions, and enable KPI visibility and trending. You will support the creation and evolution of key metrics for monitoring performance, alignment to strategic objectives, and to both Local and Global KPIs. You will review the current performance metrics landscape and support on demand data assessments for business decisions. You will build trend analysis and threshold escalation mechanisms to enable more real time visibility. Your role is not limited to the building of the solutions but also, as a key partner in the business, includes the strategic development of the metrics and solutions with the CSC leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years related experience
  • Specialized and in-depth comprehensive knowledge and experience in use of reporting tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau is key.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to learn new tools is key.
  • Able to provide business expertise consultation, as a key partner in the business, through participating with cross-functional teams regarding strategies, tactics, best practices, system tools and data, policies and procedures.
  • Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Previous business application system implementation experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects that are smaller in scope
  • Ability to work independently and with teams that may include senior management
  • Ability to negotiate and influence diverse groups of decision makers
  • Ability to build, develop and implement appropriate technical solutions to address business needs
  • Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
  • Experience presenting information to diverse audiences including senior leadership
