Job Description:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
Strong, hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure (beyond tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, or Power BI).
Proven track record of leading small, agile teams to successfully deliver complex software projects.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
Experience in managing offshore development teams and coordinating with external vendors.
Familiarity with Windows Forms and client/server application architectures.
Preferred Skills:
In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and HiTrust.
Exposure to FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and test automation frameworks.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Microsoft Azure certifications or equivalent experience in cloud architecture and deployment.
Background in data engineering, including ETL processes, data lakes, and data warehousing solutions.
