Job Title: Installation Coordinator
Location : 9108 Guildford Rd. Suite H, Columbia, MD 21046
Duration : 3 MOnths+
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in similar position.
Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented.
Must have excellent oral and written communication.
Problem Solving and ability to escalate matters when needed.
Data analysis and interpretation skills.
Proficient in Excel
Dispatching and scheduling.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and twist; use hands and arms to reach, handle, push, pull or feel; speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.

Work Environment:
Normal office environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for assisting in processing permit applications for different municipalities and coordinating inspections for new installations. Prepares paperwork associated with new installations and performs data entry of all information. Depending on the area/level of compliance the associate may have to drop off/pick up permits from City Hall and keep a tracking log.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain municipality/city requirements in branch area, including updating licensing.
Schedule and/or coordinate inspections by municipalities.
Maintain working relationships with the municipality departments such as fire departments and building zoning departments.
Apply for electrical permits, renewals and cancellations.
Coordinate research of permit expiration and violations.
Follow up and send mailers to non-responsive customers.
Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing and faxing information.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
