We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing and implementing quality control systems and measures.
2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
3. Identifying and resolving quality-related issues through root cause investigation and implementing corrective actions.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
5. Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
6. Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and efficiency.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
8. Providing technical guidance and training to staff on quality assurance and best practices.
9. Preparing and presenting quality reports and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role within the Engineering industry.
3. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong plus.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
6. Excellent knowledge of quality control systems and methodologies.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
8. Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
9. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
10. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to achieving the highest levels of quality.
