Job Description:

Our client is looking for a talented and driven Integration Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integration solutions that seamlessly connect diverse systems, platforms, and data sources to enable efficient business operations. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in backend development, hands-on experience with integration platforms and ETL tools, and a strong understanding of supply chain processes and modern API ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain integration solutions connecting internal and external systems across multiple platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for secure, efficient data exchange.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines using tools like SSIS, Talend, or Matillion.
• Implement integrations using platforms such as Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit.
• Manage EDI (X12) trading partner integrations, with emphasis on supply chain operations.
• Write complex SQL queries to ensure accurate and efficient data management, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Leverage AWS services to enhance scalability, performance, and security of integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure system reliability and minimal downtime.
• Document integration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging integration tools and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, Java, Python, Groovy, or similar languages.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in database design, complex queries, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, or Matillion.
• Skilled in integration platforms like Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit.
• Experience managing EDI (X12) integrations, especially in supply chain environments.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Familiar with AWS services and their use in integration workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Understanding of supply chain integration challenges.
• Experience with cloud-native integration tools.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and tools.
