By collaborating across multiple teams and managing external vendors, you will ensure that all programs meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budgetary goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive technical program plans, including defining scope, budgets, schedules, and key deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
Drive the end-to-end development of hardware and software products, creating and optimizing processes as needed.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of prototypes and supplies.
Oversee product operations, such as prototype builds, supply chain coordination, and production readiness.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
Act as a hands-on contributor when necessary, solving complex technical and operational challenges.
Ensure alignment of all technical programs with company objectives and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executives.
Establish and maintain accountability across teams to achieve program milestones and goals.

Requirements

At least 8-10 years of program management experience, with a strong focus on hardware-centric industries such as automotive, aerospace, or modular housing.
Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to production in multidisciplinary environments.
Expertise in managing vendors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, such as Jira or Project.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and influence diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup setting with a solution-oriented and adaptable mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex technical programs effectively.
