Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Proven expertise in architecting and implementing HRSD solutions, managing HR profiles, and automating processes is essential.
ServiceNow HRSD certification is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow scripting.
Demonstrable experience with building and managing integrations from the ServiceNow side with various HR solutions (e.g., Workday HRMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, Beeline). Experience with real-time, service-specific integrations is highly preferred.
Experience working in a multi-instance development stream (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod) and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across various time zones.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills are a must. The ability to work independently, drive solutions forward, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.

This role is for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer who is responsible for the full solution development lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment. The focus is on core system and service-specific integrations to enhance our HR Service Delivery platform.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, and configure scalable solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and various HR solutions. Work with other system owners to coordinate integration requirements and development.
Optimize HR processes using tools like Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency.
Serve as a technical advisor by providing guidance on solution feasibility, trade-offs, and potential risks. Partner with internal HR teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Assess the long-term scalability and sustainability of proposed designs, providing clear recommendations to ensure solutions are robust and maintainable.
Collaborate with our IT partners on any issues that impact the broader ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide governance, security, and system architecture.
Conduct comprehensive unit testing and maintain detailed documentation for all configurations and deployments.
Facilitate effective knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams to ensure they can maintain, support, and troubleshoot new configurations and integrations.
