Summary:
The Commercial Data and Insights Analyst II leads the development of advanced sales performance reporting to support revenue growth and strategic decision-making. This role partners with senior leadership to deliver insights across platforms like Salesforce and internal systems, while driving improvements in data quality, reporting tools, and business processes.

- Lead development of business cases, market/customer analysis, and reporting tools.
- Create dashboards and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Recommend process and product improvements based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory standards.
- Represent the team on high-impact, cross-functional projects.
- Support planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Perform complex, non-routine analysis and other duties as assigned
