Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in program/project management and migration initiatives to lead complex projects within the Banking/Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing stakeholders, dependencies, and risks while delivering large-scale transformation and migration programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program and project management activities for complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Manage migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization
  • Drive stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication across business, technology, and leadership teams
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues (RAID)
  • Apply Agile/Scrum practices to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners
  • Ensure compliance with banking and risk management standards
  • Prepare and present project status, metrics, and executive-level reports
  • Proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
  • Strong experience in migration projects (application, platform, or integration migrations)
  • Hands-on experience with Stakeholder Management and Dependency Management
  • Strong understanding and practical application of RAID management
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Banking or Wealth Management domain exposure (mandatory)
  • Strong background in Risk and Dependency Management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) migration experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience managing large enterprise transformation programs
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications
