Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience with Network Administration (Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls).
- Proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Experience with Local Area Network (LAN), WLAN, and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments.
- Experience with enterprise wireless network deployments and upgrades.
- Experience with monitoring and identifying issues using a ticketing system.
- Experience with wireless assessment tools (e.g., Ekahau Sidekick) and heatmaps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily assignments for installation, deployment, and diagnostics of network infrastructure.
- Perform enterprise wireless network deployments, installations, and upgrades.
- Monitor and identify issues with agency wireless networks and remediate problems.
- Serve as the first and second tier of support for wireless and network connectivity requests.
- Assist with ISE registration of devices on the network.
- Perform firmware/software/security upgrades and other maintenance tasks.
- Follow Change Management process and provide status updates to management.
