Job Details

Oracle EBS PM Spanish Speaking (Remote, USA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define governance and communications for a multi-site Manufacturing Integration Program (Mexico, US, Italy).

  • Create and execute detailed work plans, integrated schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Hire/manage project teams (PMs, analysts) and ensure execution of integration projects per approved plans.

  • Monitor program progress, budgets, schedules, and quality, adjusting as necessary.

  • Develop roll-up reports for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Evaluate program outcomes, conduct post-mortems, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

  • 10 15 years of senior program/project management in IT applications, manufacturing integration, and acquisitions.

  • Strong experience with Oracle Manufacturing applications, EBS, MES, and custom system integrations.

  • Skilled in program governance, resource planning, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to manage geographically dispersed teams.

  • Proficient in MS Project, SmartSheet, SharePoint, Excel, and related tools.

  • PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly desired.

Education & Other

  • Bachelor s degree required.

  • Experience in regulated environments preferred.

  • Supervisory/mentoring experience desired.

  • Must pass background and drug screening.

  • Travel up to 20%, including international.

  • Remote role; flexibility across multiple time zones required.
