We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Jr. Data Engineer for a Fortune 100 client. This is a long-term role in Plano, TX

Position: Jr. Data Engineer

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Long-Term

What you will do:

• Collaborate with senior data engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines.

• Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources to support business requirements.

• Work with structured and unstructured data to develop data models and schemas.

• Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures.

• Support the maintenance and optimization of existing data infrastructure.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation and cleansing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering.
