Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Supplier Diversity Associate to join our team! In this role you will get to provide and organize administrative support for a major business sector or for the Project Manager/Program Director of a major project task force

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Monitor group email boxes and provide responses as appropriate, to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Support outreach initiatives with the following: coordinate registrations and various logistics (travel details, shipping, etc.); organize inventory for outreach events such as a QR cards, giveaways, handouts, etc; and post event documentation.
  • Assist with small business reporting.
  • Assist with market research; help locate various small businesses based on specialized criteria.
  • Assist with creation of content for and maintenance of the Supplier Diversity Workplace page.
  • Update PO repository system with proper project ID (TESS Management), new subcontracting plans, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Associates Degree in Business (or equivalent)
  • 8+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
