Description

We are seeking IT Support at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Job Description:

IT Support plans, develops, manages, and supports the Space Operations Lead. Leads efforts in planning, monitoring, testing, maintaining, and operating multiple IT operating system environments, including Windows and Linux. Supports and interacts with the Government cybersecurity system engineers, system administrators, and system developers.

Duties:
  • Ensures the rigorous application of IT cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of systems.
  • Performs day-to-day management and maintenance of network infrastructure including log and system monitoring, end user issue resolution, backup verification, Internet and LAN connectivity issues, access control management, email connectivity issues, and virus and malware mitigation. .
  • Provides administrative and ancillary IT services for space activities including coordinating audio/visual teleconferences on Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR)/Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR)/Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS)/Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIX); installing computers, servers, and audio/visual equipment; managing software; maintaining IT architecture; and providing customer support function.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors and five (5)+ years' of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
