Position Summary
The Integrated Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives. This role partners closely with creative, channel, and project management teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on strategy, and within scope. The manager provides day-to-day execution oversight, creative guidance, and cross-functional coordination across digital, content, and paid media efforts. Success in this role requires strong campaign management experience, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing with hands-on campaign execution

  • Strong experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, paid media, social)

  • Deep understanding of creative development, including video production, motion graphics, and content creation

  • Proficiency in Workfront (must-have), with strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Solid project management and account management skills, including timelines, milestones, and budgets

  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams aligned with marketing strategy

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience coordinating with stakeholders and project managers

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable campaign plans and execution steps

  • Experience working within established marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and governance frameworks

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and shifting priorities across campaigns

  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
