Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- Design, build, and validate machine learning models (classification, regression, NLP, CV, etc.).
- Work with large datasets: clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into applications and services.
- Implement MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and retraining of models.
- Document model assumptions, design decisions, and evaluation metrics.
- Stay current with AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Python, with strong hands-on experience in ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with model deployment using Docker, Flask, FastAPI, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for training and deploying models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.).
- Familiarity with data engineering workflows and tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI project development.
