Job Details

Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
  • Design, build, and validate machine learning models (classification, regression, NLP, CV, etc.).
  • Work with large datasets: clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into applications and services.
  • Implement MLOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and retraining of models.
  • Document model assumptions, design decisions, and evaluation metrics.
  • Stay current with AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, with strong hands-on experience in ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with model deployment using Docker, Flask, FastAPI, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for training and deploying models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows and tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI project development.
