Overview
We re seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in change management and strategic communications to support initiatives within a global Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. This role will be key in driving alignment, clarity, and execution across cross-functional efforts, ensuring teams are informed, engaged, and set up for success during times of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on organizational change, process improvements, and strategic talent initiatives.

  • Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and communications strategies that guide teams through change.

  • Partner closely with program leaders and stakeholders to develop clear, consistent messaging and narrative frameworks.

  • Own and manage project tracking tools (e.g., Asana) to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and risks are proactively addressed.

  • Develop change management plans that include stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and engagement strategies.

  • Create and deliver communication materials, including executive memos, presentations, and updates tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Contribute to the evolution of project management and communication practices within the TA function.

  • Support TA leadership with ad-hoc deliverables and strategic storytelling needs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition project or program management, with a focus on change management and internal communications.

  • Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and lead through ambiguity.

  • Strong business acumen, judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

  • Expertise in crafting compelling narratives and messaging for senior stakeholders and broad audiences.

  • Experience using data and insights to inform communications and guide decision-making.

  • Exceptional collaboration and facilitation skills across teams and functions.

  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Project, or Visio.
