Cobblestone's IT Team is the first point of contact for all internal employees requiring problem resolution, and enhances productivity at all levels in the company through prompt, meaningful response to questions, creative and efficient problem resolution, and onsite visits.

This is a demanding position that requires traveling to multiple locations across the Denver area, and physical labor on a daily basis.

IT Field Techs are self-starters that look to ensure operations at all sites maintain the highest possible uptime. We seek to find answers and if there are none, respond creatively with additional solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • General Support
  • Primarily physical, but also remote when time is critical
  • POS Support
  • Hardware: Terminals, Printers, Scanners, Cash Machines, Card Readers
  • Software: Process Reinforcement, Remote Support, Bug Reporting, Device Configuration
  • Security Support and Deployment
  • Hardware: Cabling, NVR/DVRs, Cameras, Access Control
  • Software: Hikvision, Sielox, Pinnacle
  • Network Support and Deployment
  • Hardware: Cabling, Switches, Routers, ISP Modems, Sensors, Racks
  • Software: SDWAN, VLANs, Device Identification
  • User Support
  • Hardware: Windows Workstations
  • Software: Office applications, Slack
  • Low Level Device and Electrical Support
  • Hardware: PLCs, HMIs, Relays, VFDs, Sensors
  • Electricians and Maintenance team members will primarily handle these issues, but input is always appreciated in a pinch

Minimum Requirements
  • 2 years of field service or technical support experience supporting multiple sites
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems
  • Experience in installing common office computer hardware including desktop PC's, printers and IP phones
  • Knowledge of basic networking principles and the ability to provide basic network troubleshooting
  • MUST have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule (Weekends will be required initially)
  • Experience in low voltage cabling and termination

Preferred qualifications
  • 3 years as a field IT service technician in a high volume, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in racking and installing servers and network devices
  • Knowledge of car wash systems and POS software and hardware
  • Experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting security camera systems
