US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.

Responsibilities

- Answering all customer engagements via phone expediently
- Responsible for troubleshooting solution-related incidents for the Oracle Health platform
- Execute mitigation actions and initiate escalation actions as needed
- Conduct troubleshooting investigations on both front-end and back-end applications to address customer-impacting issues.
- Perform backend troubleshooting by reviewing log files, querying database tables, and cycling servers to resolve potential customer (Clinical & Financial) impact.
- Document all notes, activities, and resolutions throughout the lifecycle of an incident.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
